Per my WFH (Workout From Home) plan that I’ve been doing the last few weeks, I’ve been running a lot more (20+ mi per week).
One thing that I started to notice was my feet would sometimes go numb towards the end of a run.
After some quick research, I found that depending on how you lace your shoes, it could put pressure on certain parts of your feet which leads to numbness.
I found a great video below that shows how you can reduce pain and numbness from common foot problems by re-lacing your shoes in parallel, rather than using Xs. This makes your shoes a little roomier while still giving you a secure fit.
If you’ve experienced foot numbness before, give the below a try and let me know what you think 💪(I also think the parallel laces look kind of cool 😎)
